Iread this in the dec issue of xboxworld. Not rumours either. Here are some games that will be out on the xbox 2. Hopefully around launch. Anyway:

Project nightmare (pgr3)
Red faction 3
halo 2.5
pop 3

Red faction 3 could well be the dogs bol**cks!

fifa 2006 will b good but not as good as halo 2.5
