My dad's friend used to be a car mechanic and he put something in his car that allowed him to press a button while speeding on the motorway that drops the number plate down so the cameras can't see it. He also had tinted out windows and a speaker under the wheel arches and when someone would walk past his parked car he would shout stuff like step away from the vehicle lol.
