To be fair they're very different games.
It's pretty average really, not half as good as Burnout.
Xbox version is really good. Big game too, I've played on it for quite a bit of time now and have got a few different cars, have only just unlocked the off-roader cars including the Hummer.
Good racing, superb graphics. Not worth it if you're looking for a purely realistic racing game but it's a lot of fun and some close races.

I've got it on the PC, it's alright but nothing special. Then again my little bro has the PS2 version and he's spent hours on it and he's nearly finished it.
