Well this thing just got a bit better!

Seems that the PSP can have custom soundtracks by using the Memory Stick.

That's got to be good news - for those who use custom soundtracks on Xbox you'll know what I mean...

I remember playing Tiger Woods 2004 and listening to Beethoven's 6th on the fairway.

That was emotional.

Custom Soundtracks are quality... it's just that no-one implements them, anymore!

MR.COATES by the way you talk about the Xbox I think you lust after one. Also custom soundtracks isn't all that.

It's a nice feature, but you've got to buy a memory stick to put songs onto it...

Memory sticks are expensive.

I've got 3 of them anyway, but that's not the point!

One game named in particular is Formula One. At the UK press conference it was stated that the capability is there. It's up to the games developers to use it.

A bit like on XBox. EA obviously choose to have their own soundtracks as do a few others.
