I ordered my iPod on Friday morning and it hasn't even been dispatched yet.

I hate them, they've ruined my week.

That's 4 days for mine and it said it is usually under 24 hours.

Plus, I paid a fiver for 1st class delivery, so that's useless.

Bah, that sucks. Never pay for 1st class delivery - it's not guaranteed so you're paying the extra for an unreliable service. Only pay extra for a guaranteed service like next-day or 48 hour.

And don't shop at Amazon again.A bit of searching on the net will get you what you want, cheaper and quicker.

I've never had a problem with them either.

Have they got the item in stock? Have you actually checked that?

Meh. i used to work for John Lewis in Peterborough and we never had any stock of iPods. But on checking the company computers every other branch had loads. What did they have against Peterborough???
