How did you go about enroling in your level 2 courses?

I haven't received anything that gives me a clue and my Advisor of Studies/Registry and Level 2 Course Assistant people haven't replied.

Whilst friends in other Faculties have already chosen theirs.

I'm annoyed.

So as far as you can tell, yo've completed first year but have no indication that you can automatically proceed with 2nd year course units?

Well, it's probably done during pre registration week; I myself had an email with a link, and all we had to do was tick the boxes next to the course units we chose to do. Should be as simple as that!

This is crap

Registry told me to contact Advisor of Studies and he fills in a form.

All I want to check is that I'm able to go into second year.

well i am in the third year too. its not easy, but it isn't really a big step up from a levels at all. I am on a mid 2:1 at the mo.

At uni you need a half decent memory and to do a bit of work at the required time. Its not hugely intense unless you are going for a first. Which i am not. I don't think its worth it. I just couldn't bring myself to work ridiculously hard and then end up 1% below the grade boundary, which happens to a stupidly high percentage of students, who uni's give 1 or 2 % below the first grade boundary because they don't want to give out first marks.

Thats pathetic statememt ever. Yeah you might succeed but you'll get a 2-2 or a third.. I've worked so hard over the 2 years i've been at uni, and so far my mark is a 1st. Now the last year you have to write a 10,000 word dissertation, and that aint easy... so Uni aint as much of a doddle as many people make it out to be

its hardly stressful! Just filli in a few forms, log onto your email every now and again, and read your lecture notes. If youve got a half decent memory you'll succeed at uni.

Honestly... you're expected to do everything.

I miss college and secondary school where I was literally led through every step of the way.

I'm not even sure how my degree is structured.

I've to carry on two Level 1 courses and then pick up a course just for a year.

Waste of time if you ask me.
