We've moved a load of our servers to a new location. So still going through the process of updating configurations and getting it all working seemlessly again.
what happened?
Yes we are still aware of many problems but thankfully the Freeola Control Panel is working, obviously a bad thing is Freeola.com is not back yet but our Technichians have been working flat out since last night and hopefully everything will be resolved soonish.
.. and then of course there is always some smart alec who proves to me that, instead of sitting patiently waiting for my home page to come back, I should have tried the Support & Status link

and it will not load
and I cannot get into my control panel
and I can't give them a ring as I can't find the number
and I've had to work from 7.15 am this morning. How could they do this to a nice girl like me?
