I'm intending to pick up a copy of Dreamweaver ...

Since I'm currently using V1.2 I figured it was about time I moved up a notch :) ...

However Ive noticed that there is now Dreamweaver and Dreamweaver Ultra Dev...

From what I can gather Ultra Dev is an enhanced Dreamweaver app...

But am I missing the point somewhere? ...

Anyone help?

Ultra Dev is another version of Dreamweaver intended for people who do more back-end scripting, it's more suited to large SQL databases and handling dynamically generated pages then the standard version. Most people don't need Ultradev, but I'm not sure how much extra it is. If you plan to use databases with php/asp pagaes, or coldfusion, it could be worth a look.
