Shaneo, no one is going to answer this properly for two reasons:
1. If they think some one is great, they wont tell them as then that person will get a huuuuggggggeeeeeee head and won't be able to get out of the door.
2. If they don't like some one, they wont say in case the rest of the forums turns against them.
