A user who won GAD a bunch of times by copying reviews. He was caught, and banned. But he kept coming back over and over again. He's been banned countless times. He once came back and spammed up an election forum, in protestation at some other users being banned. But he went too far and his parents were contacted and we haven't seen him since.
