I havent read through any of the other posts because of the sheer amount of them. Here are my suggestions:
Some kind of Movie Making competition, where people film a 'Spoof' of what goes on in SR Towers. (Its easy to do with the Video Function of a Digital Camera).
Design a next-gen computer (Drawing Comp).
Best time on Gran Turismo or something (Picture/Screenshot has to be submitted).
Design an SR logo again - that was good.
Design a Mobile Phone?
