I just want to say how sad i am that WCW has gone. I want it back. Whenever i see the WWE, i always think back to the WCW, and how superior it was. With wrestlers like Hulk Hogan, Sting, Kevin Knash, Rick Steiner/Scott Steiner.

The WCW days were the best of my life. I want a petition. NO BAD comments ect, just a list of people who do want WCW back. If you don't please don't put anything. Simple as. Thanks.

that's a practical decision mate.
firstly, it adds a bit more spring to the wrestlers, which helps them to clear the larger WWE rings at a good-looking pace, and secondly if anyone performs a hangman-like move there's less chance of their ears (or anything else) getting ripped off in a mick foley style with slacker ropes.

what i hate about the WWE, is that the wrestling LOOKS fake. At least WCW made it look real The ropes are over-reactive and flimsy on WWE.

It was good when the NWO first started and the cruisers were always good to watch but when they put like about 50 people into the NWO and every week someone else was joining it got stupid and they ruined their most important storyline. That and the fact most of their headliners were collecting their pensions after the show didn't help

He is right, but this was used only for censorship purposes, not for every single move, much like the WWE does on it's daytime shows, going to crowd shots instead of showing people being hit with chairs and the like. Both ways of doing it are ridiculous, but preferable to the FCC taking them off our TV screens completely.

I always found WCW more interesting than WWF. I wathced the last ever episode of it, then i lost interest in wrestling.

Nah, Goldberg sucks. The only reason I ever watched WCW was Sting.

I remember watching WCW on a Friday night, how pathetic it was when someone got hit with "a steel chair" and the words "kapow" and "bang" appeared on the screen. Best thing about it was Bill Goldberg, that guy that used to beat himself up if he lost was an amusement as well, Crowbar I think he was called.
