Im sure most of you who regulate this forum have some sort of IT-based job, so... what is it you do?

Web designer, programmer, system admin, network specialist, build computers... blah blah. Or do you use your computer for doing some other sorta work, like video editting, making spreadsheets or simply using Word?

Just curious.

Also, anyone know... anyone who uses 3D Studio Max?

I'm working as a web designer for a small company before I start my final year of a degree in Audio & Music Technology. I'm into mechanical design, page layouts, databasing, querying, multimedia - general creative stuff. Not the most skilled in my area (see Tyla for pro), but I'm learning more and more everyday, and my employers have been happy with my work so far.

Im a Biochemistry student.

I'm currently working as a Junior Programmer over the summer.

I work in a little independent PC shop and refuse to sell people any PCs because we're so damn overpriced, and they could get a far better deal elsewhere. I sit on forums all day at work, then get a long way away from computers the rest of my life.

I'm not currently expecting a promotion.

Up until last week, was Senior Website Designer for an Academic Pubishing firm...

As of next week, I'm Senior Website/Graphic Designer for a small inependent firm...
