I'm thinking along the lines of Alan Ball yesterday on Sky Sports.

He said Chelsea wouldn't win it because they bought new players; Arsenal wouldn't because they did last season, and Man Utd WOULD win it because they've won it before.

If we take them all out of the equation, then that's left for us to take it :)

Summing up the rest of the Premiership into "and co", I like it. The main threat shall obviously come from Spurs and a Kanu-propelled West Brom.

Doh! In all my excitement at filling in the Right-mid position..... :D

SWP-Gerrard-Alonso-Kewell is possible and sounds quite tempting.

That midfield alone is screaming "40 goals a season" :)

Owen-Cisse shall happen :)

He wasn't going to get regular football. Rafa told him this.

That says it all, Danny Murphy would rather sign for Charlton than stay at Liverpool ;)

Hmmmmm, as Murphy was never a right-winger type player, he was more attacking/defensive mid, that means we'll need to a player to compliment Gerrard (and yes, Hamman doesn't fit in to it).

Where would we go from there? We could buy Ballack, except he won't leave Bayern, and they won't sell. Just imagine though...

Maniche/Rosicky, Gerrard, Ballack, Kewell (<<
We could get Duff on the right, but Chelsea are stubborn, and don't want to be proved wrong when they signed him for £15(or £17, can't remember) million.

I had a line about Rosicky in my Fresh Prince Baros thing, but I took it out out of respect for you :)

I'd love it if SWP or Rosicky (I know nothing bout Xabi) came to the Pool. We need a decent right-winger. And I'm joking bout Maniche, it'll be Arsenal or nothing for my little Portuguese hero

I've heard we're in for SWP and Xabi, no word of Maniche though; but I prefer Rosicky anyway :D

Stevie's bird was fitter. I shall mourn for you, Danny. The Theatre of Dreams will never be the same.

Now it's time to sign Maniche and this Xabi bloke.

Over the years I've become very jaded after many bad experiences with customer services, you have bucked the trend. Polite and efficient from the Freeola team, well done to all involved.
LOVE it....
You have made it so easy to build & host a website!!!
