Is there anyway to put a system on the forums to show who is present/online in the disscussions?

This would be a great help to the MIST forum to.

Hmmm, 300 posts. I've done at least fifty. Perhaps I should set about getting more posts, by going into forums, and looking for people to help, and answering their questions in a helpful manner!

41st top poster ever (by words) and I've been here since last July and I'm still a Newbie! Mind you I did have a long period when I posted next to nothing.

Why not go to town on this stat thing and include the number of prizes we've all won near our name as well? By the way, how's that Top Winners page coming on?

Wouldn't it be better to rate this sort of thing by number of posts in the last 30 days? That's already worked out for the Top Posters page and would give a better rating of who is around at the moment.

I think, and I'm sure many would agree, there should also be more stages of regularity (word?). Regular and Newbie don't really mean anything - we know who's been here a lot and who's been here a little.

If you're going by all time posts, why not adopt the previously suggested Silver/Gold/Platinum/etc awards?

I think i did some ridiculous number of posts in my first month, well over a thousand i think.

Still, if i fail my exams at least i know what i did wrong :-)
