You'd have to be retarded to join a backyard fed. Go get trained properly and work your way up instead. Learn the basics before you start hitting each other with light-tubes, screwing your body up for the benefit of one man and his dog without proper medical attention standing by should you need it. Let's be honest, no-one has made it to the WWE since starting out in the backyard since the Hardy's and they wouldn't be a big hit in todays backyard environemnt as they aren't violent enough. Backyarding isn't worth it.

Backyard stuff is just testosterone fuelled rubbish. we've ALL wrestlied with mates at drunken parties and stuff, but the current emphasis on pure brutality in backyard is stupid. it's not even wrestling, it's just unsafe idiocy. ya see these videos where kids are doing stuff on trampolines, which is monumentally stupid. You land on your head or neck on a trampoline and not only does it hurt on the way down, but the recoil pushes everything back up, it's SO risky...
bottom line, do what cong man said and go do it properly. i've never and WILL never put my safety in the hands of people who don't have a clue what they're doing and i don't suggest anyone else do so either.

ok, i've just checked that site and to be honest, the website is poorly done and that's the BEST thing i can say about the whole organisation.
i'm still a little baffled as to whether that guy really IS dead or whether he just decided to stop being an plank (i doubt he is dead though, there would've been something in the news about it for sure...)
the biggest laughs come from the video section though. watch a couple of them, they're TERRIBLE. i'm by no means an expert, but i've watched wrestling long enough to know that all their vid look VERY sloppy. the fact that yo can hear people laughing at them in the background on a couple of clips says it all, and in one of them you can clearly hear one of them tell ther "ref" the 'this is the 3 count'... as if anyone cares *lol*

Backyard wrestling is a screaming joke. It's no different to a drunken street fight.
As Very_Metal said, we have all had drunken wrestling matches, and most of us that did woke up nursing injuries the next morning. For example, myself and a mate had a "match" one night which involved me being thrown through a table.(don't get me wrong, it was an accident, I kind of tripped and fell trough the thing, which was rotten and brittle anyway)
I ended up winning with an ankle lock, and the guy had big trouble walking the next morning. Dangerous stuff, I'm sure you'll all agree.
