I read the broadcast email - sounds like an unfortunate sequence of events!

Yes, Managed.com forgot to invoice us for our backup server, but because they are inept, they went ahead and turned the live on off by accident! And we couldn't use the backup server because Managed.com had put it on the wrong subnet! So we had to wait nearly 30 hours for them to plug our live server back in and bill us for the backup, which of course we promptly paid!

Nevermind.

We're looking at moving to colo at RedBus in the next few months, which should provide much-increased stability.

Well the name servers are hosted on the same domain are also down.

It's been dead for nearly 24 hour I think.

O right sorry totaly misread the post then, the company link only supplys shared hosting (not currently offered by Freeola although we are looking into this area due to increased demand), and the fact I was demoted to a newbie I have no access to moderate the forum in any way.
