Eric Bana from The Hulk is to be the new Bond, with Pierce Brosnan quitting. Don't really know much of Eric Bana but he just doesn't look like a 'Bond' plus isn't he Austrailian, I thought Christian Bale or Guy Pierce would get it.

Where's the news article about Eric Bana being the new Bond, something like that would be in all the news and on the news sites. Yet I see nothing, only something awhile ago that said Eric and others might be lined up to be Bond.

Unfortunately I dont think there is an actor at the moment that would be good enough to play Bond.

My link was to an article about Brosnan leaving, not a vote so you needn't worry that it'll interfere with your newsround link, though I have to say, if the next Bond actor where to be chosen on the strength of what people voted for on Newsround, it'd be the final nail in the franchises coffin.

They'll probably have robots and flying cars..
