I had my weekly horse-riding lesson today (as any richtwat should have :-P ) and because t'was the last lesson for the summer the teacher decided t'would be best to go out on a hack around the roads of my lovely area.
As we're riding around I spot a group of 'them' (Chavs/Townies/Neds/Whateveryouwanttocallthem) riding along on their nicked scooters.
then the 'alpha male' of the lot, rides up to me and shouts (pointing at my horse);
'they're crap, get one of these, they're bettah'
How i chuckled.

It's easy, you hold the reigns really strangely and just sit there when it's walking.
When it trots you move up and down in time with it's legs.
When it canters you just hold on and try and stand in the same place.
When it gallops you try not to fall off.
