Due to my lazy student status i have a summer to keep myself enteertained. I have a load of jobs going which take up various bits of the summer ie 1-2 weeks each. Mainly event/promotional work and the likes. I mainly got these through Contacts.

Does anyone know any good ways of getting hold of loads of random odd jobs such as working at beer tents at festivals and the likes. Or doing random PR work at shows. Most recruitment websites seem to suck, as do agencies. But if their are any good ones for random event work let me know, as i want to fill some schedule gaps in, with out the constraint of being held down to a scheduled job.

Don't really mind my job, working in The Link. I skive off most of the time buggering about with new phones i shouldn't be playing with.

Just little things like having to talk to some woman who wanted a phone, then chatting to her for 25 minutes and then she decides she don't want it.

had lots of time off though cos i broke my leg and am pretty sure they dont want me wobbling about the place

I'm trying to get a job. I went to an agency today and had to sit in a room full of morons for an hour signing random pieces of paper. They didn't even care about my grades which I've worked/working so hard for.

I'm just gonna end up putting cakes in a box in some factory.

I know, how hard is it to pay everyone properly? and they always screw up your first payment every company.

Some muppet at the co-op payed me in cash- and then gave me a cheque thinking it was a reciept!

as my money was over 2 months late it was mighty tempting, but i felt a pang of honesty and brought it back later that day when i realised what he'd done!

I'm working all Six Weeks except the last week where I will be going on Holiday.

I'm babysitting all day everyday.

Thanks!
Thank you for dealing with this so promptly it's nice having a service provider that offers a good service, rare to find nowadays.
Wonderful...
... and so easy-to-use even for a technophobe like me. I had my website up in a couple of hours. Thank you.
