The "General Games Chat" forum, which includes Retro Game Reviews, has been archived and is now read-only. You cannot post here or create a new thread or review on this forum.
Partly because the forums are roughly a year old and partly thanks to SSX pro's nostalgia.
When I first came in FOG it was because I read the newest gameaday win. It was Grix's second win - "FMV Fiasco"
After slating Sony for producing an FMV and claiming that it was in game graphics.
The next day, another topic appeared asking SR to "Not reward the biased like Grix but reward the unbiased like Dan, Ant and Arty"
I was called Dan back then. (I had no idea that he was refering to an older Dan, the one you know as Dan2K1) and I thought that he was refering to me for a little while.
Anyway, that topic grew into a general chat sort of thread and ended up with about 211 replies (back then it was considered enormous back in the good old days when the oldest messages, not the newest ones were shown first).
Back in my day (err.. october 2000 :-)) we had to go through 6 pages to get to the newest message on that topic.
Those were the days...
I'm going to go and pop it now.
Me and Dan2K1 chatted for ages on the DC forum, and for some reason it came out like this:
Re:Re/////
Re:Re:Re///////
Re:Re:Re:Re/////////
And carried on like that until it was, /////////////////////////////
