Ever since we lived in our house our neighbours - or rather their children have annoyed us. Meaning they constantly play outside our house and hit our cars with their footballs and are generally noisy all day. Their is no rationalising with their parents as they think that this behaviour is acceptable. Is their any way to stop them from doing this? Council, anyone else? Please help, your comments are very valuable to me.

green ferocity, they're kids right now kicking a basketball around the road! Thankfully I don't own a car so don't have to worry about that, but I feel sorry for others' cars and the sheer amount of noise they make is annoying. Plus the fact they assemble on my garden wall. Argh!
i can totally relate to your neighbour me and my partner have just moved.. and our next door neighbour is a total freak.. He has bamboo on top of the fence.. plus he looks like a woman but then again or is it a man.. WAY WAY to confusing.. last night he was drilling at 130AM! :|

Oh well. I'll be having several new neighbours now. Two directly over the road and one to the left of my house. I remain skeptical of what people these may be...
