Rafael Benitez described Liverpool's strikeforce as the best in England after officially unveiling new signing Djibril Cisse.
"I think we have the best forward line in the Premiership," he said.
"We have Cisse, Michael Owen, Milan Baros and Florent Sinama Pongolle, and they'll all want to play this season.
An uncontrollable drug habit can be the nasser hussein look-a-likes only possible excuse
um:
Owen
Cisse
Baros
Pongolle
Um:
Kezman
Drogba
Crespo
Forsell
Mutu
Gudjohnsen
Robben
Cole
Tough one!
all ours and far superior (even if we have chosen to loan a couple out cos we can't accomodate them all)!
Man utd can give you a run too, but you'd probably just edge it
Back to your Crack Pipe Rafa.......
Not as impressive as Cisse/Owen/Baros though :)
You can't get Gerrard :) So there.

Er..Go check your little sources again. Cisse = top scorer in French League.

Sorry...are you making it sound like the Dutch League counts for anything these days?

Great start? Scoring in your 1st two games and then looking confused for the rest of the season because Gheorgi Hagi told you Romania will rise again someday doesn't count. And Baros had a bit of a niggling injury that doctors term as a broken leg. It wasn't as if the physio got out the magic spray and then told him to stop play-acting.
There's a good reason why Mutu did better than Baros in the Italian League - namely, Baros was at Liverpool getting Premiership experience whereas someone had told Mutu that Parma were actually a good club, so he believed them for a bit.

Proven how, exactly? He was outscored by the Great Sulk that is Hasselbaink last season. Oh, and Forssell. He counts, according to you.

If Liverpool wanted Forssell, d'you think he'd be at Birmingham. And, er, if they're so proven and all that...Why aren't they at the Bridge again? Oh, that's right. They're not good enough.

And he's at Aston Villa! LOANED OUT, you can't just say "Right, Carlton, come back for this game because Drogba's pouting and then you can go back to Villa".

Mmm, right. Well, he'll be midfield for Chelsea. And that's the end of that.

You what? Chelsea's strikeforce was better as shortly as 3 seasons ago. Ever in the history of football? Right, you hear those footsteps? People are coming to sedate you and carry you off to a bouncy room with pillows shaped like Ediur Gudjohnson.

Let's see Jose put Robben and Cole upfront ahead of Drogba and Kezman then
