There is no 'Welsh accent' though. It's just like saying, "English accent"

There are various English accents depending on where in England you live.

For example, here in Wales, there's a mountain (more like a small hill) between the city and neighbouring town, and the accents are quite different.

I speak to Welsh people a fair bit at work. Most are fine, but some refuse to speak English and others are just plain rude.
