Problems with the Box, wondering if any1 can help me out.
Half my games have suddenly stop playing, the Box wont read / recognise them. Discs are all conpletly fine (no scratches etc).
Called up xbox helpline, they say it'l be £70 for a service - anyway i can do this without sending it? If so where are the screws to open it!! lol.
Cheers peeps.
Luke

Whatever you do, DO NOT DISCONNECT ANYTHING FROM THE HARD DRIVE - Leave everything connected to the hard drive and just move it to the side, otherwise it will most probably unlock. And then you're screwed.
I'll find you the guide in a sec.
As for speed, search on ebay for a 'buy it now' drive with next day delivery. It's the quickest way
A link would be good.
Only i wanna get the prob sorted as iv just ordered 2 new games! - and i bet whenthey get here they wont play!!
By the way - how do u open the Box? iv looked and cant c any access to it.
You can buy a replacement off eBay (go for the Samsung ones) and replace it yourself.
I can find you a very good guide if you're interested in taking that route.
