"Quaser- Anyone played it?"

I'll soon be going to my mates party at a Quaser centre. I went about a fortnight ago with a couple of mates and didnt do too well (came 8th out of 20). So has anyone got any tips on how to get more points?

OMG ive not played that since i was about 16.. So about 10 years ago. Simple thing i learned was not to wear white! And to avoid the opposition (sorry but thats my words of wisdom)

A paid the guy who controlled the music to play tough techno one time in a Quasar and he did. Absolute class! My tip is to get yourself in a position where no-one will find you and shoot them from behind, but get your team to do a full assault once your opponent looks behind and shout a word that your team only knows to do that. It worked with me, and we kicked the crap out the other team. That was a radical plan, but that is only if you're doing a team battle. If you're fighting against everyone, just shoot them to hell.

Megazone used to rock, until the local one shut down. As did Laserquest - that ruled, but they should that down yonks ago.

Our Quasar is pretty poor these days as they too have shortened the rounds.

My tip - keep running and if you can't shoot them, just melee them - they'll never know it was you if you keep running!

Our Quasar is pretty crap... totally run down, pieces of wood patching stuff up and for some reason there was a bar stool in part of it... so i just sat on that and shot people as they ran past... plus its gone crap since they started making the rounds shorter...

Apparantly MegaZone is MUCH better....

All the good Quasar places have shut down now, it used to be really popular back in the day, now hardly anywhere does it...

The old one near me had two stroreys, sniper posts from above corridoors...

Oh I remember, I was about 7 the first time I went. I got shot in the eye and started crying.

I came last and on my match report it quoted, "Like a lamb to the slaughter."

I needed to get that off of my chest.

Always walk side on, try to actually hit what you aim for, get an elevated position if the place has them. Above all just have a good time.

Take one of those handheld lasers with you.

*ahem*

shoot more people and don't get shot, would be the key tip
