Yup, 2-3 months ago I lost my iPod on the train... Fortunately Mr. Insurance man is giving me back the £300 it cost me, I'm looking for a replacement and this seems horrendously tempting;

I considered it, firstly I'm worried about the mini having the same battery problems as it's big brother, and yup, 4Gb is too small for me.

Last night I downloaded a combination of music and porn totalling to about 3.5 Gb, y'see.

I'm assuming that 4Gb in the iPod Mini would be too small for you? They're available for pre-ordering at £179.

I want an mp3 player, not a portable TV :-)

Better than any mp3 player you could ever buy. Plays divX video, 20 gb hard drive, can be used as a photo wallet, does radio with an add on, plug the camera into it and you've got the camera with the most memory in the world.... etc
