This month carlo cudicini qualifies as being an english dude and u can finally have a goalie that can save stuff. personally i think it would be hilarious if we called him up so u cudnt but we have the best goalies in the world anyway so i reckon lippi is just lettin u have him coz james and kirkland suck. so wot do u dudes/dudettes think of the whole shenanigan

Knowing the Italians, they'll probably bring him on in injury time for Italy so we can't have him as our goalkeeper.

The idiots still fail to see Robinson is the best English keeper.

on the other - h ecant get picked coz of bufon et toldo

I think Cudicini would be welcome in the England team- we need a better 'keeper than James, who would be best a second choice with Robinson or Walker as Number 3. James has good reflexes, but poor handling skills. Cudicini would be better on the handling side, and wouldn't give away so many soft goals. All he needs do now is apply for citizenship...

although i'd laugh usually at the prospect of us acquiring a hugely talented player from abroad. However i genuinely believe that Cudicini should be genuinely accepted as a british player. Although he is blatantly italian, we gave him the career the italians failed to and as a result i have no objections to a foreign player joining us. He made himself here having been rejected by his own country and became something brilliant. As a result i think there could be no complaints about him joining us.
