This riddle makes no sense; it's like saying "If there are 3 eggs in a basket, and 4 apples in a bag, then what colour is the prime minister's bathroom carpet?"

People are struggling so i will issue a helpful clue, it costs 5m Lira for a return trip to south hampton.

I didn't know you could get the bus from Italy to Southampton.
