General?

I'd say it was more Private. Though not private as such. Perhaps Corporal, or at a push - and an extreme one at that, maybe even Sergeant.

Definitely not "General Chat" though. Not even "Colonel Chat", or "Leiutenant Chat".

So how come none of the other forums have a rank? Why not "Second Leutenant Movies, Music, TV and Books"? Why not "Sergeant Major Life and Everything (Intelligent Discussion)"?

You could even have "Staff Sergeant SR Site Bugs and Customer Service".

i pointed this out on the day the thing opened! I actually had an account called "general chat" and a tagline of "sonny, I served in nam!"

I can see why ITV opted your comedy sketches.
