If you've got OS X: hold down Shift+Command (the Apple key) and press 3 - this will take a screenshot in PDF format and drop it on your desktop, probably called 'Picture 1'. Convert this to another format, e.g. JPEG, and then post it to some webspace.

If you haven't got any webspace, email it to me ...
