It is also frustrating beyond words, often truly ridiculous and is a cause of premature mental instability.

I hope the speed ain't the only reason your picking it up :P FM is so much better than CM...you have to play it to understand it. Oh...make sure you don't have anything important in the next few weeks when you start to play it :D

Yep, SIgames worked out a fix which increases the speed. It's not a massive improvement, but noticable. Obviously, if you have a huge database and loads of leagues in FM 2005 and a tiny one with one league in CM 03/04, CM will run faster, but well... Yeah.

Does this run any faster than the last CM before 5? Was it 03/04 or 04/05? The demo certainly does, but that has a smaller database. Something weird happened with the last CM I had, after one season it got really slow... anyone experience the same?

I have Freddy Adu but I play him in the Reserves...

But yeah. In regard to the Ajax vs. Ajax 2 thingie, they're not actually reserves, in the conventional sense. It's more like Man Utd vs. Man City, I believe, like how Real Madrid play in Division 1 and Real Madrid B play in Division 2, however the players in Real Madrid B have nothing to do with Real Madrid... Odd.

Yo peeps, Im almost half way into the second season, d'ya reckon I should bring Vanden Borre or Freddy Adu up to the first team? Or is it too early?

What season do they start becoming really good players?

OMG...I just beat Ajax 5 - 0. I can't believe it, I wasn't even expecting to win.

Now im 1st, just 1 point ahead of Ajax.

Im also selling Leandro cause I want the money and he hasn't really played massive role in my winning streak so i've sold him to Ajax and im looking for a really good Center Midfielder.

Any suggestions? I have around £10 - £14 million to spend..
