Is dangerously addictive, almost impossibly deep, and is a truly marvellous management spectacle.

It is also frustrating beyond words, often truly ridiculous and is a cause of premature mental instability.

I love Football Manager '05

Do you use an update or did he start off at Santos in your game?

Speaking of him i'm kind of wishing i didn't beat Sporting now as i have to face Real Madrid in the quarters of the Champions League and then if i manage to get by them it won't get any easier considering Barcelona and Juventus both have easy draws facing Shakthar (who beat Arsenal haha) and Panathinikos respectively with the other game being between Sevilla and Lyon.

At the start of the season?

I've only just finished my first season and I bought him almost as soon as I started the game. He was valued at about £4M and I got him for about £5M.

Now he's worth £21M!

Im just about to sign Fernando Cavenaghi because for some reason Robinho is playing crap, but it doesn't matter because the only reason why I have him is because his value shoots up in the first season.

I bought Robinho for £5M and now he's worth £12M. Henry's value seems to be going down, he's now worth £38M but he was worth about £42M last season.

Is it worth me selling him and getting a replacement like Adriano or Shevchenko?

Im also about to sign Ronaldo from United.

Well Diego's having an alright time since he arrived, 2 goals on his debut and a goal against Newcastle in the League Cup Final and his ratings so far are 9-8-10-8-9 :-D

Newcastle are becoming my whipping boys as after my 6-0 win in the league i beat them 5-1 in the League Cup Final to gain my first trophy of this season. Also beaten Liverpool and Arsenal in a couple of big league games, looks like the title is coming back to Old Trafford, only have Chelsea left and the rest are also-rans.

Started to spend my Silvestre money with Ramos coming to me in the summer for 8 million, defence is the only thing left really to concentrate on, then i'll have my team sorted for a good 15 years (though i doubt i'll play that long :-D) See if i can bring Chivu in from Newcastle in the summer as well.

And Adu made his debut for the US and scored a penalty then thanked me for giving him the opportunity to display his talent. Awwww :-D

Oh Adriano is utter class.

Becomes the best and most expensive player in the game after two seasons.

10 games to go and 1 point into the play offs with a fully fit squad.

Hopefully no injuries will occur and I'll be able to keep my place in the play offs, automatic promotion is out of the question so I'll try to keep my form and squad intact and still be in the play offs in 10 games time.

Puyol.

And you'll do well to get him for less than £35M.

Because of my splashing out on Ronaldino I was given £4m to spend this season. This was then upped to £35m by the board because of a change in our finances. I'm now trying to buy either Terry or Pouyl (SP?)
