It's not something i have much choice in, i sleep when i'm tired, i can't have it any other way, the problem now is i'll start feeling very tired around midday, i can't allow myself to sleep til tonight now or i'll be back in the pattern i'm trying to avoid.

Yeah about 5am i suddenly felt great for no reason so i stayed up instead of going to bed.

All night? :S
