I was talking with one of my friends and he said he went to see a doctor to test for dyslexia, and he was diagnosed with it.

He says that from the way they described it as being, is kind of like me. And he says he is pretty sure i have it.

I have trouble with spelling and writing and reading, etc. And i went on google and searched and found this. http://www.dyslexia.com/library/symptoms.htm

I fit practically all of those, except for not being able to do ball sports, because i can do all sports there are to the max, except football, which i just cant do. Im like a retard at it. And ofcourse the bed wetting... dont do that.

Do you know any proper online tests i can take. Not just telling me the symptoms?

My sister and her dad both have dyslexia, My sisters dyslexia was picked up on when she was in school and her dads dyslexia was picked up on when he was in the RAF.

My sister now 17 still has problems. For starters i have noticed her hand writing hasn't changed since being at school sometimes i am still not able to read it at points. Her spelling although understood is still wrong, she spells things how they sound. She has seen someone about it she has improved allot since been at school there's just them few things that need improving but helping her to understand further proves difficult.

Her dad also spells things how they sound and constantly needs help with spelling, but with his dyslexia not being noticed till he was years in to the RAF he hasn't gone to get it sorted any further then a few tests the RAF gave him. He also writes like a child at times and never joins up his writing as a majority of times he will write everything in capital letters because he understands it more when written that way rather then lower case letters.

They both have problems reading and understanding things too. The specialist picked up on other things to but i don't know the ins and outs so i think it would not be right to say anymore then i have.

Apart from DON'T do any online tests, if you are concerned about it seek further advice from a specialist that deals with dyslexia.

Advice - you cannot possibly diagnose yourself with an online test.

From that, I could be considered as somewhat dyslexic.
