One of his goals in a before game was . . . against Czech Republic I think . . . he was offside twice in the build up for the goal.

If the ball gets knocked backwards it isn't offside is it? (never quite known about that aspect of Offside) which if so then Ruud's goal was perfectly legal seeing as the player nodded it back down from virtually the goal line.

Well it's good that some players will have a few more days off than if they got to the final or semis.
And France have 3 players in the French team.. they seemed to miss Vieira today strangely.

I'm just glad that Sniper's team are out now, and can concentrate on the Premiership =P

So are other teams including England.. it doesn't make things any better ;P

France are out, making me happy.

Doesnt matter (even though Gary lineker proved it was actually onside according to that FIFA video)

The record books will have Ruud's name in them regardless.

I did tell you all that France are disgustingly overated before the tournament began.......
