ARRGGGHH

Just to put the ref to one side for a moment...

We played appallingly. It was an awful match, and Portugal were the better side. Beckham gave his worse performance of the tournament which, considering how quiet he's been, was a damn hard thing to do.

But, nevertheless, we won that game and Portugal got off lucky.

Please show me the pos**t by the person who said "hooligans should beat the sh*t out of the ref" and I will quite happily attack it.

I've seen the ref get criticised, and I agree COMPLETELY, but I don't see anyone else wishing that players/fans get beaten up.
