No, it drops when you posted less in the last 30 days than you did compared to the last 30 from the day before.
For example, my post count is based on all posts made from the 23rd of May to date.
Tomorrow it will be from the 24th. So all posts from the 23rd of May will be discounted from my post count in the last 30 days.
