I am watching my monitor, but only for 5 mins or so, before I go for a shower before relaxing into an evening of XBOX tomfoolery and TV viewing.

I've just had a large tea, consisting of cottage pie, veg, roast potatoes and gravy, but I'm seriously considering eating a couple of fun-size mars bar things complete with a cup of piping hot coffee.
I am wearing my dirty, scummy, minging work clothes, full of oil, dust and general mingingness.
