Hello. I am lost in Pokemon World and can't find where to go to the Orange Islands? Can anyone help me out?

Go to the Power Plant, level up a Dragonite to Lv100, catch 10 Mews and fly to the new island of Lesbos which will appear on your map.
No I have a book that talks about it. The book says that the Indigo and Johto are not the only Pokemon Leagues. The Orange Islands have a Pokemon League as well. If a trainer earns 4 badges in the Orange League and goes to the Championship tournament, that trainer takes home the Orange League Winner's Cup.
