I have my first court appearance tomorrow and I'm crapping myself somewhat. So I'm off to bed now because I need much sleep before taking to the stand. Short post, I will update tomorow unless I was made to look an ass.

Nope, didn't even cost very much, but now coupled with a few other things he may be looking at time rather then a fine.

I know they can't say anything. But I would have thought that with that much evidence and obvious junkie thug might have stood a chance of a conviction.

What did he steal? Anything interesting?

For those that are interested, I gave evidence, he got found guilty and remanded in custody.
