I'm considering buying a DS. Are there actually any good multiplayer games out yet (as in release plus a few weeks)? As in proper multiplayer and not just some crappy little add on.

I don't tend to play single player games much anymore.

Yeah mean I spent £130 for that? :P..if you want multiplayer games..I'd wait personally. Mario does look like it will get boring from the breif MP mode on it I've tried out on mine.

Metroid Prime Hunters: First Hunt, Wario Ware Touched, Mario 64 (although apparantly not as good as rest), PictoChat...

Metroid Prime Hunters is a decent multiplayer, but you'll have to wait a bit longer for Mario Kart DS, which looks exellent.

There is Polarium! It is One Game-Card multi-play.
And you can even send a mate a full demo to his DS to play on.
