People who park in disabled spaces don't bother me. People who stare at me don't bother me. People who talk loudly and slowly to me don't bother me. People who ask me a question by talking to the person pushing my chair don't bother me.
But, if I found out who these kids were I would call in a few favours from some of my larger friends - I know of at least two mates who wouldn't be adverse to introducing these two f###ing c##ts to the world of pain.
I am angry.
EDIT: the tone of your post is disrespectful. You can assert your opinons, and tell me why you disagree with mine, but your "Pah" is derogatory.
Doesn’t mean I’m looking forward to the day I beat my kids, but if it’s a choice between giving them a beating, or watching them end up as a junkie / violent criminal etc etc I’d beat them senseless. No question. I’m a senior analyst programmer who graduated with a degree after doing it part time last year. If I didn’t have that short, sharp shock, I might be something completely different, and not in a good way.

Is he that superhero who used to be in the Army?
Anyway, I agree that there is a serious problem posed by the lack of respect towards people or the fear of authority that "youths" have in today's society.
I've calmed down now and while corporal punishment does seem like a good solution, I understand it can cause as many problems as it solves.
My Dad frequently gets wound up about bullies and says if somebody kicked the crap out of them they'd be scared and shut up. In that case, you're just as nasty as the bullies. True, it might shut them up, but what's the point of teaching violence to stop violence?
In the longer run, you need a social change. And that won't happen. Kids will always be good and bad, come from accepting and postive backgrounds or from ignorant and negative ones. The kids in these two stories are evidently from the latter, the evil little fecks.
I think people would like to see corporal pubishment are seeking revenge.
Often children who hurt others acting in the same way as they have been treated by their parents. they have been victims of abuse. Corporal punishment would just reinforce the ideas alreay help by these children that violence is the only way, and that everyobnne is against them, making them worse still.
when you find out a child's background, you usually find a reason for their acts, which although isn't an excuse, is a reason why they commit these acts.

I actually agree with you on that; obviously it needs to be regulated so we don't have the situation we had in the 60's and 70's (sadists beating kids half to death for fun), but the current situation (where you need a letter signed in triplicate before you can even smack your own kids) is ridiculous.
Seriously.
