No pop, RnB, Dance or heavy crap, but other than that I'll listen to pretty much anything.
Reccommend away lads!
From what I've been listening to, Garce is an amazing album.
Kiss Me/Last Goodbye is genius. I love it.

That comment from you is hilarious ;)
I re-iterate reccomendations;
Jeff Buckley - I'm sure you know his stuff. Soothing and excellent music.
Nick Drake - Quiet, sad and wonderful
Stairwell - Weezer/Jimmy Eat World-esque band
Pearl Jam - Class
Cursive - emo/rock
Elliott - emo/less rock
Chavez - A little different. Rock.
and of course those Smashing Pumpkins.
But I'm sure you know most of them, so.
But The Cure, The Smiths and The Libertines are bands you cannot go wrong with, in my humble opinion.

He's the f'n nuts. Seriously, buy his album or download Jesus Walks, All Falls Down, Spaceship, Never Let Me Down, Get Em High, Breathe In Breathe Out and any other song of his you come across.
He is an actual genius.
The Stone Roses.
Any song by them is fine. :-)

:'( RBS makes DW sad.
Whitesnake- Is This Love?
Judas Priest- Beyond the Realms of Death
Metallica- Fade to Black
AC/DC- Back in Black
System of a Down- Roulette
Iron Maiden- Wrathchild
Deep Purple- Smoke on the Water
Rainbow- Man on the Silver Mountain
Diamond Head- Sweet and Innocent
Variety of heavy and not so heavy stuff. Nothing like diversifying, right?
