It's impossible to pronounce sensibly as anything other than a silent 'k', otherwise it just ends up as "Jak-ex-ter" which is just plain stupid with regard to the way you have it spelt.

And report away if you want, what are they going to do, ban me for telling someone they have an extra letter in their name that makes it read like disjointed nonsense?
