Nope, ive never had a second delivery.

In total because their are 5 of us living here we get almost 20 items of post a day (excluding sunday) sometimes as much as 35. I can't see how we can only get 1 delivery even over a period of 15+ years. The only logical explination is that it isnt worth bring just our post because we our in an area where a lot of old people live or although there may have been a second delivery service they preferred not to use it.

Take it further. Ask your Office Manager for contact details for the Delivery Sector Manager. Copy the complaint to Postwatch too. That'll get things sorted.

I thought they stopped doing it - seems a bit pointless for normal post anyway (to houses)

I'm pretty sure we made a complaint before, but it got taken no further. We'll probably complain again as it isn't just the odd build up any more.

ST, that's worthy of a complaint. I'd see you do it straight away as that kind of behaviour breaks all policies.

Kittworld, maybe the reason why you never had a 2nd delivery is because there was no more mail for you until the next day?

As I expected, it's a myth or the only ones who do get double deliveries are celebs with their fan mail and companies. Although I doubt even small companies get it either.
