So the boat is "Acquired", but later then the boat is show, it's an entirely different boat, it's a speedboat style boat, not a cruiser, with no "inside" bit, not a roof.
Stupid inconsistency!
Bart jumps over the side to dive for the paintings (which would be the Flander's boat), then he brings the case back up on the boat, which is still open-top. It's still the Flander's boat at this point. Unless they stole Flander's boat but tired of it and took another one.

Yup. They jump onto the boat after Burns and Smithers get away with the Nazi art. I think a fight then ensues and they end up on a beach, where a German is waiting to collect the paintings.
