I still have the original "brick" PS2, and it works fine. Its a bit noisy with CD-ROM discs, but it still works and I dont have many CD-ROM games anyway.

I got a PSX for old school RPGs + the added bonus that it's drive was more secure and it was cheaper.
I'll probably get some PS2 games when the PS3 come out - providing it's backwards compatible (or just pick up a PS2 for 5p, are the slimline ones any more reliable I wonder...)

etc.
As a Mondeo is more popular than most cars.
As Britney Spears is more popular than System of a Down.
As Sony are more popular than Nintendo.
Doesn't always count.
Then again everyone is more popular than macintosh so it isn't always wrong :D

Which one is more popular......iPod. Nuff said.
I guess as with the cars, its a "badge issue". Thats why people pay X more for the VW Golf, etc.

Oh my gosh, get to some serious unbiased portable device sites - don't believe everything the Mac site tells you. Everyone knows that the Ipod is the Ford Mondeo (yes its a deliberate car analogy) of the mp3 players - the BMWs being the Iriver series...
Google it, Im right.
