I'm asking because a friend just sent me an email which is just scaremongering as far as I'm concerned. It relates to the fact that if you sniff a piece of card with ether on it you will pass out.

This just strikes me as totally wrong, it just doesn't act that fast surely.

bloody scots - when will they ever learn?

they're playing with fire, what the hell next - @rse-grape cream? they've opened pandoras box there, and I want no part of it.

I tried to warn everyone - a people who eat a sheeps stomach voluntarily can't be firing on all cylinders.

we're doomed.

Some Scottish dude created Chloroform, then he discovered it was dangerous, and made ether, the first two real anaesthatics.

Just to let you know.

Pretty darn strong -

My town been given a warning if anyone comes up to you trying to sell you perfume dont smell it walk way - as there have been cases of people passing out as the perfume was actually ether, waking up without everything they had including there house keys wallet car - you guessed it.

So watch out for the pikies as per usual - O and Ant.... he should prob read this before he gets done i can imagine that spikey haired billericay boy sniffing what was supposed to be the highest brand *contacts ant*

Ive had loads of contact with ether over the years. Pure stuff, not little dabs on cards or anything. I can safely say that all of this is b*llox cos its never knocked me out. Its smells pretty nice tho.

"Ah, devil ether. It makes you behave like the village drunkard in some early Irish novel. Total loss of all basic motor function. Blurred vision, no balance, numb tongue. The mind recoils in horror, unable to communicate with the spinal column. Which is interesting because you can actually watch yourself behaving in this terrible way, but you can't control it. "
