Well, the game estimates seem OK/fair. As for the Xbox, I'd say around £70-80 depending on quality/colour.

The pad, being 3rd party, would only get about £5-10 2nd hand.

You can get brand new 3rd party pads for £15-20 these days, just got to look round...

I'd take about £50 off that Xbox estimate, losinghead. That's a little ambitious.
